Recently i became more aware that to improve my wood carving i need study portraits more. and the best medium for doing so seems to be clay... after beginning struggles with that soft and mallable material, i begin enjoy it thouroughly. so, in this gallery i present some of my studies in clay, that is i work in plastilin. some of them migh be carved later, but in first place, they are meant as study pieces.
